All purchases are sold and shipped in wholesale box quantities. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the entire box is returned exactly as shipped—including the full quantity of products, all in new and unused condition.
For example, if a box contains 24 brand new tapes, the return will only be accepted if all 24 tapes are included, unused, and in brand new condition.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.
Returns must be sent to the designated address provided by our customer service team.
ALPHA DEGREE does not provide prepaid return labels.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned box, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Exchanges are accepted under the same wholesale return conditions and subject to product availability.
