Alpha Degree Tile Backer Board is a premium-quality underlayment solution designed for tile installations, especially in moisture-prone environments like bathrooms, showers, and kitchens.

Constructed with a high-density XPS foam core (closed-cell, CFC & HCFC free) and coated with polymer cement mortar reinforced by fiberglass mesh on both sides, this board provides excellent waterproofing, thermal insulation, and sound dampening.

It is easy to cut with a standard knife or saw, and highly durable, passing stringent ASTM/ANSI standards for waterproof construction when properly sealed. It serves as an ideal base for thin-bed tile installation.
